HEATHER
Heather is a certified personal trainer, barbell rehab specialist, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach offering personal training sessions along with remote strength training and nutrition programs.
Raised mostly in NY, with stints in FL and VA and a final landing in the PNW, Heather grew up with a deep love for the outdoors, especially the forests and mountains. This passion for the outdoors led to 15+ years of climbing rock, ice and snow around the world and 10 years of teaching climbing skills and leading teams up mountains.
Heather’s love of being active - and the need to stay fit to safely lead teams on climbs - introduced her to strength training initially through CrossFit, then competitive bodybuilding, and now powerlifting.
After a couple decades of corporate life, Heather stepped away to pursue what mattered most to her: helping others discover that they are made for more. Despite being so active and in many leadership roles, Heather experienced debilitating panic attacks and anxiety for years. It was through strength training and healthy nutrition that she was able to go from living with anxiety and insecurity to living with confidence and positivity. Through her own personal experience, Heather believes strongly that movement is medicine, and the magic everyone is seeking is found in strength training and properly fueling your body regardless of age or experience level.
Whether you are new to strength training or a seasoned athlete, Heather has the experience and knowledge and knows what it takes mentally and physically to reach your goals. She offers a structured strength training program that includes accountability and mindset coaching personalized to you.
Heather’s approach to coaching can be summed up in one word: personal. Hear what her client’s have to say: “Heather coaches her clients with the right balance of challenge, expectation, and encouragement, all backed by her in-depth knowledge of strength training, anatomy, and proper form. ”
There is a coach for every one, and Heather takes the time to make sure she is the right fit for you and your goals!
juan
juan is a certified personal trainer, boxing coach, and climbing coach offering personal training sessions.
Juan has always taken pride in his performance as an athlete, but for a long time, he felt his body didn’t reflect the hard work he was putting in. His journey began with dynamic training methods, focusing on kettlebells, calisthenics, and movement-focused conditioning. However, everything changed when he discovered barbell strength training. Initially, his goal was body recomposition, but he quickly fell in love with the process itself. The concepts of progressive overload and technical precision captivated him, revealing how small adjustments could lead to significant progress. He began to notice how his newfound strength translated into enhanced power on the pads and improved stability on the wall. His legs became stronger, his movements sharper, and his endurance more efficient.
As he integrated strength training into his routine, he finally started to build the physique he had always envisioned—one that matched the strength he had earned. The lessons he learned about strength, balance, discipline, and transformation inspired him to join the Made4More team.
Now, Juan is passionate about helping others achieve the same transformation: building a body that performs, grounded in strength and movement. Whether someone is pursuing performance goals or simply wants to feel stronger and more capable, he is here to help train with intention and unlock their true potential.
